No Show at CircusFest 2018

What do you expect when you go to the circus?

The greatest show on earth?

No Show joyously and heartbreakingly reveals what lies hidden beneath the showmanship. There will be desperate attempts and heroic failures, glorious achievements and bruised bodies and egos as the performers push themselves to their physical and mental limits.

See behind the flawless smiles and perfect execution of the traditional circus to show the wobbles, the pain, and the real cost of aiming for perfection.

Winner, Herald Angel Award 2017

Nominee, Total Theatre Award for Circus 2017

Beauty and the Beast

"There are lots of opportunities for my four-year-old, Lucy, to manically wave her glowing windmill-on-a-stick (a snip at £4.50 in in the foyer beforehand), and, like every other kid in the place, she loudly vents her adoration for Tumbletoes, Beauty’s cutiepie gymnastic dog (played by the fantastically flexible Kate McWilliam)." TUMBLE

New series on BBC One.

"Alex Jones hosts this celebrity contest in which famous faces perform gymnastics and circus skills for a judging panel including world-renowned Olympic gymnast Nadia Comaneci and Team GB medallist Louis Smith. Braving the tough training - and the tight spandex costumes - are world super-middleweight boxing champion Carl Froch, singers Amelle Berrabah and Sarah Harding, EastEnders actor John Partridge, former Blue Peter presenter Peter Duncan, Steps singer Ian `H' Watkins, one-time Dynasty actress Emma Samms, Wolfblood star Bobby Lockwood, Loose Women anchor Andrea McLean and former TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh. They begin with either an acrobatic floor routine or by performing on the aerial hoop, and there is an extra treat as judge Louis Smith leads a performance with his London 2012 team-mates."  Jane Rackham, Radio Times.
